Lexettes are Sixth in the World! LEX do it!

The Lexettes, representing the United States as Team USA 1, finished 6th overall at the first ever ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships in Helsinki, Finland. There were 20 teams representing the following countries: USA, Finland, Russia, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Australia, Austria, South Africa and Hungary. The Lexettes had two very good skates, finishing 6th in the short program, 5th in the long program, and 6th overall. This is the first time the Lexettes have participated in the World Junior Championships—before this year, this competition was called the Junior World Challenge Cup.
